1. Controller
The controller responsible for this website is home-klainpage, Hasensprung 29, 10318 Berlin, Germany. Telephone: +49 30 50179797. Privacy enquiries may be sent through our contact page.
2. Data we process
Website access
When a website is delivered, the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system and response status. This processing is necessary to provide and secure the website and is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact requests
If you contact us, we process the details you provide—such as name, email address, topic and message—to answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns pre-contractual matters, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Newsletter
If newsletter delivery is activated, subscription requires consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing. A production newsletter should use a confirmation email and record consent. The current demonstration form does not transmit or store information.
Advertising and analytics
home-klainpage does not currently deploy advertising or non-essential analytics cookies. If these services are introduced, this policy and the consent interface will be updated before non-essential technologies are activated for visitors where consent is required.
3. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. In Berlin, this is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
4. Retention and recipients
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. Contact correspondence is normally deleted when the matter is complete unless statutory retention duties or legitimate documentation needs apply. Technical logs should be retained only for a proportionate security period by the hosting provider.
Service providers may process data on our behalf where needed for hosting or communications and must be bound by appropriate data protection terms. Data is not sold.
5. Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. Internet transmission can never be guaranteed completely secure; please do not send sensitive information through a general contact form.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
